We were founded on April 12, 2010 and started as an ESI processing only operation. We received our first case later that year from an AmLaw 100 firm. Some time after completing our first birthday, we started looking into adding ESI hosting to our service offering in order to deliver more value and meet client demand. We are excited to announce that this transition was completed on TBD.

The Founder and Principal, Josh Bassan, had four years’ industry experience when he ventured out on his own. He works from a home office in his condo near Mount Vernon, George Washington’s former estate, located 15 miles due south of Washington, DC. Since he does not hire salespeople, he routinely pounds the pavement himself in and around Washington, DC, New York, and Philadelphia.
